I received this e-mail from E* tonight based on a complaint/question I sent them three days ago. Does anyone believe that this means that 921 is available for sale?

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your e-mail. The DVR921 receiver is now only available through select local retailers. To find a list of local retailers, please visit http://www.dishnetwork.com/search/retailer/index.asp. You will need your zip code to begin the search. Please note, some of our retailers may not be listed online. For more retailers in your area, please check your local Yellow Pages under "satellite".
This model receiver is not offered direct through our offices at this time. Please contact a retailer and they will be able to assist you with the order. There are currently no upgrade promotions for the DVR921 receiver. As soon as information becomes available it will be released. Please stay tuned to upcoming customer Charlie Chats on channel 101 (http://www.dishnetwork.com/content/customercare/charlie_chat/index.asp) or logon to our website (www.dishnetwork.com) for more information about new programming and services being added to DISH Network.

Account Number: xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxx I have been a loyal customer since 1995 (I bet you get a lot of e-mails
that start out that way), my question is simple, when can I purchase a
921?
I have invested a lot of time and money in my TV viewing equipment and I
want HD programing. I am certainly not going to buy an old 6000 or even
the 811. I want the newest equipmenrt available, others have it, why
can't I give you $1000.00 for mine?
At this time I am very tempted with the VOOM "0" down, $9.50 per month
rental, no contract offer.
I recently upgraded to a 510 and I am obligated to a two year contract
with Dish. What is the least amount of programing I can carry and still
maintain my contract?
I love DISH, but I am not just going to sit and wait for an unlimited
amount of time with no answers.
Please answer my two questions, I need to make a dicision soon.
Thanks...Rick
