Missing Audio

I'm having a really strange problem. I have lost the audio on 1 channel and only one channel, HGTV. It's been down for a few days. Has anyone ever had this happen?

I'm using the 721. I have rebooted many times with no luck. Just the one channel that has no audio.

wierd, 1st I've heard of this problem.
Mine is a 721 and as I said , HGTV is fine.
does it do this on both tuners? (live and recorded?)
Is your 721 over a year old?
if so, do you have the extended warranty?
