921 Noise?

A question, while I wait to get my hands on a 921.

I just read the 921 review, in "Sound and Vision". They talked about the 921 being noisy. All my equiptment is in a cabinet, with glass doors. Noise from my 6000 was not noticeable, in the room. Is the 921 any louder that the 6000?

My 921 is much quieter than my 6000's 8vsb module fan was.

Mine is extremely quiet, absolutely undetectable by the human ear.
The fact that it is sitting on hold 600 miles away at the dish factory could be partly responsible for this.
