Voom LNBF = Dish Legacy Dual?

Is the LNBF Voom is shipping a dual which is eqivalent to a Dish Network legacy dual? How does it mount to the dish (using a collar, into the end of a rectangular arm or into the end of a "D" shaped arm)?

I had the installer use my 24" dish but had to use his LNB since mine only had a single output & I needed 2. The mount was different at the end of the arm, mine slid over the arm, his slid inside the arm but we used shims, secured it and it works fine.
