I had an e-mail forwarded to me from someone that needed help with correcting their channel mapping problem.
First I want to let that person know that I had the same problem you had when I first got my system.
It was confusing me because it was only happening on one receiver. My BravoHD was mapped to Staz. I had diplexers on all boxes, so I thought the one box was having a problem. After two days of calling VOOM, I decided to take the diplexer off the one receiver and low and behold, problem fixed. The problem it seems comes from the length of the run to your receiver and the low power out put of the receiver. The VOOM receiver puts out less power to the LNBs than Directv and Dish so long runs are a problem especially when you throw a diplexer in the mix.
Keep diplexers off when you run is more than 75 feet.
