directv dvr120/home media?

I just switched to direct bought a directivo dvr120 i was wondering how to setup to record shows on internet...i click on tivo logo to record it then it goes to a tivo site but can't get past email registry! Hopefully i can get this to work because it will be a awesome feature! Does anyone have an idea how to do this? i even tried to upgrade to home media option and it said NOT ALLOWED!

The DirecTivo units do not have the Home Media option available. It's something that many folks want but hasn't been added and an option and no word if/when it would be added.

they will have HMO someday, it coming just hold on. once Dish does something like it, DirecTV will fallow.

Dish doing HMO?, after years watching them mess with the 721 software I don't think they have the ability to make that happen..
What do they use between Tivo's on the SA units, a USB port? Wonder how fast it is. I have it set up that I can watch either Tivo in either room, so sort of my own little HMO..

Over at www.tivocommunity.com, rumor from a very reliable source recently stated that D* is planning to activate HMO sometime this year (can't remember if it was summer or fall).
