Ok, I hate to be the newbie, but got my first HD receiver yesterday - yay!
I got the HTL-HD Hughes. Its hooked up to my Samsung DLP via DVI. So far so good!
I also have 'regular cable' (in addition to DTV) not digital, just the 70-80 or so analog channels. I am in the Atlanta, GA area.
Some questions for the guru's:
I cannot see any of my cable-channels on the HTL-HD nor figure a way to switch to them? Can I get them in the guide?
The OTA channels I get are so-so. No HD channels work - any special things I need to do so see OTA HD? Are there special antenna requirements? Most regular OTA channels are fine and the guide lists the HD ones but says no signal.
Hope i'm not too much of a newbie ;)
Thanks!
