Bug Report L180: 1 minute early padding disappears

I created a manual timer from 6:05 -> 6:20. I left the default of one minute padding before, 3 after.

When viewing the timer later in the list, it only indicated 3 minutes after padding.

Sure enough, the little clock icon started blinking at 6:00 and the recording started at 6:05.

I think the prerequisite for this is that it overlaps a previously created timer.

So, if you have a timer on one channel from 6:00 -> 6:30
You create a second time from 6:05 -> 6:20.
The second timer's "before" padding will be changed to 0. It doesn't need to be.
