A Claremore Oklahoma man gets five years behind bars for threatening to burn a Cox Cable business office. A judge sentenced Robert Eugene Capps to five years in prison and five years probation. Capps pleaded guilty Monday to pouring gasoline in the Cox Communications office in Tulsa and threatening to burn it down if his cable service was not turned on.

I have felt that way with TW cable in the past(have it for local chanels) but all I have ever done is showed up in their office and yelled at them to fix my problems.

I have felt that way about my local Cox operation as well. They did become more receptive when I told them I was switching to satellite.
Good thing he doesn live in Rock Hill, with our locally owned Comporium...he'd probably be up for multiple homicide after dealing with these people!
