Nothing has passed yet. And there is no requirement to include significantly viewed just the ability to do so. I repeatedly ask DISH why MPT is not carried in the Washington DMA even though it is for DirecTV customeres. They keep telling me they can only include what they are allowed to. But if DTV is allowed why wouldn't they be. I think that they are simply avoiding the question and would here too.

thankfully I have D* , I knwo they would be allowed but I'm sure D would be smart enough to add the borderign DMA channels
