Reply from Dish Network re: Discovery HD

I emailed Charlie Ergen yesterday begging :cool: him for Discovery HD when it is launched on June 17th.

This is the reply I got today.

Dish Network does indeed realize the value of this programming. Unfortunately, we are not able to comment if we will be carrying this programming at this time.

Are these replies automated? It sure sounds to me like they are. It's pathetic how they can't even take a minute or two to read through their customers' e-mails. Part of being a good company is having good customer service, and this is where E* really lacks.

Some are automated but some do address specific issues
