I had a strange problem Monday night. I have a round dish (101 only). My RCA Tivo was recording local Sacramento ABC at 8pm Pacific, was also recording another channel on the other tuner. I lost ALL signal on both tuners for over 20 minutes. I rebooted and it didn't help. After that 20 minutes or so I was getting full signal on most transponders but some including the local channels had none for another 20 minutes or so. By 9pm everything was fine on both tuners.
Did anyone else lose signal? I'm confused at what might have caused that loss. I really doubt it was weather related since there was no rain and very few clouds here that evening, and I didn't have low signal just NO signal.
