Does anybody know what Transponders/Satellite Chnls 290 & 296 come in on?

What voltage does it come in on 13 or 18 ?
I have a customer that is not getting these channels only and trying to trouble shoot b4 a truck rolls, Voltage,LNBF,Receiver I cant decide.

You can rule out voltage unless all even transponders are missing. :)
There are probably 8-10 channels that are also coming off transponder 2 so check to see if any other channels are missing the most logical fault is the receiver. Does the customer have more than 1 receiver.

4 receivers and only one not working...............I guess Ill roll a truck with a receiver
