Watching Canadian DBS in Canada, and then...

I'm planning to visit Canada some time later this summer. I was wondering if, theoretically speaking, there is any combination of:

Phone card purchased in Canada
Portable tripod dish mount
Motel room phone line
Motel room address
Mail Boxes Etc (or somesuch) postal forwarding service
Credit card (of course)
Mailing a greeting card to my home address
Shipping a box to my home address

that would allow me to purchase ExpressVu or StarChoice, enjoy it during my stay, then ship it home to, uh, store it until my next Canadian visit. (For example, I was thinking of storing the dish on my roof.)

Anybody with any experience or insight into these circumstances?

Phone card purchased in Canada - you can get Vonage Canada

Portable tripod dish mount - you can activate from the US with your Vonage Canada number

Motel room phone line - see above

Motel room address - do you have a friend you are visiting?

Mail Boxes Etc (or somesuch) postal forwarding service - use the friends or get a PO box with a street address

Credit card (of course) - you can use your American credit card

Mailing a greeting card to my home address- If you are driving, just bring it back with you

Shipping a box to my home address - See above

Important to note that Expressvu requires photo ID with the correct service address, or they will not sell you a system. Starchoice does not require this.
