upgraded 3800 when will I get channel 100

I HAVE AN UPGRADED 3822 BUT HAVE NOT GOT THE CHANNEL 100 PLEASE TELL ME WHEN I MIGHT GET IT AND IT BE SPOOLING:hi: PLEASE HELP ME AS DISH GIVEN ME CONFLICTING INFO FROM ON CSR TO ANOTHER

As far as getting the newest 3900 upgrade - when you get it is when you'll get it. CSR's have no better idea than we do as far as the deployment schedule is concerned.

I got mine 3 weeks ago. (Mine was a 3800 upgraded to 3900)

Jimmy, do you have your receiver set to accept upgrades without your permission under system upgrades in the menu?
