View Full Version : Automatic Adv Tech Support?

Just wanted to check something. Since about 6 months ago I've noticed that everytime I call dish and choose support I go directly to Adv Support. Either 1st level is gone, or Dish has taken a note from tech companies and tailored support to the caller. Anyone else notice this?

I think that the csrs have been told that they are to say: they are advanced techs. I still get an occasional wait till someone that deals with the 921s come on the line to discuss any problems. Even when I ask for advanced techs for the 921 , I get the " can I put you on hold please" , and then I get someone else on the line.
