channel 100 distortion

I was using dish home when I exited it automatically went to the previous channel I was watching But the picture and sound was like it was in slow motion anyone haave the same problem I hade to reset my reciever. Thank DBS talkers

Every now and then weird stuff like this happens, I just pull the card and reboot it.

That is a common problem that Dish Home has introduced on the 4900s and now the 3900s. Heather is correct - when it happens, pull the smart card for a little while, then plug it back in. That should fix the problem. If it doesn't, unplug the unit for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in.

I ran into this problem the other day. I quick pull of the smart card fixed it.
