Generally - don't use indoor antennas. Not generally unless you can SEE the transmitter towers. However, this is very much a locality thing - what works for me may or may not work for you, and vice versa.
You didn't give ANY information for us to help you - where are you, what stations do you want to get, how far are they and in what direction the transmitters are from you, etc....

I'd try the Sensor first before going to anything else. Believe the hype...I read all the reviews and gave it a try. I can get every channel in San Diego and only occasionally have trouble with one of them.
Avoid any TERK ant. over priced junk

Actually, I know someone who tried a Terk TV38 and went from 8 off-airs to 23. Very impressive, but a really huge antenna.

VHF and/or UHF will also decide which antenna to use.
This is who I bought my antenna from (not indoor). They do have several indoor options, including a picture frame.
They offer a 90 day no questions asked money back guarantee, so if it doesn't work, send it back.

My personal experience with indoor antennas is that it is very specific to your location. Zenith Silver sensor is one of the most recommended antennas but it did not work for me at all. What worked best for me was the Radio Shack 15-1880 antenna. I have since then moved to an attic antenna now to get more channels.

For one thing, the Zenith is a UHF only antenna and the RS 15-1880 is VHF/UHF. So success all depends on what frequencies your locals are using for digital.
Attended a class on this subject and heard that any good UHF antenna will
work, as the electrons don't care if product was marketed for HD. Also heard that 60% of Terk products live in their box, because they don't meet buyer expectations. Terk himself admitted this at a trade show. Much later an ordinary VHF antenna will be needed when some stations transition. The only thing that's differs between analog and digital UHF, is that antenna aiming becomes critical to minimize the slope of the spectrum analyzer view. You want to receive each block of UHF data at equal signal strength. Perhaps hard to picture without one.
