:eek2: I was trying to get my tracking number for my replacement receiver 921. when i gave them my home phone number they said i had no account but my number was under a different name. my smart card is even under a different name. i just get the receiver last week at a local dealer and this happed last night. they couldn't figure it out so they had to change the information. i hope there not going to send me a big bill :lol:
