They are just collecting dust, so I've decided to get rid of them. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance will probably be around $25 (for US addresses only), and I'm looking to get about $80 each so I figure about $100 shipped for each one. I would prefer payment via PayPal and would prefer to only ship to addresses in the US.
Both of these units are unmodified, and were in perfect working order (except for the glitches that were/are affecting all Series 1 DirecTiVos). I bought replacement Series 2 receivers because I was tired of waiting for TiVo/DirecTV to come out with a fix for the erroneous message about the guide data, and losing channels from the channels I receive list. These problems are supposed to have been fixed in the latest updates. Neither of these receivers have the last 2 updates on them (3.1.0c or 3.1.0c2), I haven't had them hooked up. I've done a clear and delete on them, so there are no programs on them at all.
The Access Cards won't be of any use (can't be activated), so they won't be included. Items that will be included are, 2 remotes (original remote and replacement fixed remote), power cord, a/v cables, manuals). It will be shipped in it's original box, but I will wrap it with brown shipping paper.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If I can't sell them, I had thought about doing a raffle for them, would anyone be interested in that? Tickets would be either $2 or $5 each, probably not enough interest though...
