Okay, I come home from work today and kickback, relax and flip on the tube..... everything is fricking gone!!!!(all my dvr recordings and timers) what the heck is going on? Is this a common occurence with this thing?

What is the EASY way to back up the recordings? We know we can copy via VCR or a DVD writer, but I wouldn't call that easy...

Its very easy to record via VCR...or DVD writer..but I am with you no fun at all...
It is a tech. in infancy. But it beats cable in many area...
