Jay Echouafni, 37, the chief executive officer of Orbit Communication, a satellite TV dealer in Sudbury, Mass., and his business partner, Paul Ashley, 30, were charged with hiring hackers in Arizona, Ohio, Louisiana, and the U.K. to launch "relentless computer attacks" against Orbit's online competitors, said Ashcroft. The remaining four indicted were the U.S. and U.K. hackers.

I posted about this the other day. According to a security focus article Echouafni has fled and is wanted by the FBI. Two of the target companies are Weakness and Rapid Sat.

Excellent. Orbit has a long reputation of shady dealings from stealing logo designs to stealing whole web page layouts. They have been doing this kind of thing for years and it's about time they got caught and stomped upon. If I recall correctly, they stole the web design of the original sponsor of DBSForums.com many years ago.
