I have been trying to do a customer activation for the past hour...the call center is not responding....
What's going on... Happenned w/E* yesterday too ???? :mad:

I can't believe we are getting busy signals. I want to call up and cance my ST package.There are several posts about a bad software upgrade on some RCA receivers. Maybe this is the reason for extra activity. :)
