Sunday Ticket, Monday morning show question

What do I need to do, for the Monday morning show to be Tivo'd? I thought it would just show up, but it didn't.

You know I had this problem last year and still have it this year and I still do not get anything just like you. When I called and talked to DTV Tech Support people they told me that the game highlights for DTIVO come in as part of Showcases and get recorded in a different hard drive allocation spot than the regular show you normally record. What they told me is that my Showcases are too full to receive anything (I have 12 items there). Of course when I asked them to empty them for me they said they cannot and this is controlled by TiVO software. Of course they told me I can do nothing about it so for the second year in a row I get no highlight on Monday. This is amazing to me but it appears I cannot do anything about it.
