Hi,
I'm having problems with my Dish 500 system. I live in an apartment complex so I'm pretty sure that one of the tenants or lawn service guys bumped my dish and now I'm not getting ANY signal. Dish charges an arm and a leg just to come out here on a service call!!
Are there any tech's in the McKinney (75069), Allen, Plano, Frisco, North Dallas, etc area that can help me out??
I've tried realigning the elevation and skew angles, but I have no clue what I'm doing so I'm still not getting ANY signal. It's been out for about 2 weeks now and I've been too busy and tired to get it fixed, and I might be moving in a month or two so I don't want to pay a huge service fee to get it looked at. Especially since my contract is up and I can just cancel my service and either get Direct or cable with free install etc...
If possible, someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!
