Dish Home upgrade

I got the upgrade yesterday and many of the features, such as Customer Service and News, are still unavailable. When will these become available?

My guess is probably not until all of the receivers that are going to be getting the upgrade get it. I REALLY don't look forward to the day my 501 is forced to get it, considering how many problems I've had with my previously perfect 4900 after the upgrade.
