Showtime HDTV Now on DirecTV

I understand that Showtime HDTV is now being broadcast by DirecTV, in order to receive it you will need a "C Kit" don't buy one off of Ebay, call DirecTV and they will ship you one for $8.08!

So many people have been looking forward to seeing Showtime in HD its a Shame that the first HD movie won't be on untill Saturday.

Hopefully Showtime will pick up the ball now and offer more of its shows in HD. HBO carries a majority of its movies in HD and Dolby Digital.

Anyone out there watching Showtime HD from DirecTV?

It is being heavily reported on the AVSforum website.

It sounds like a good deal. But they will only sell you one if you already have a HD receiver on your account.

For those of you who have your C Kit in place and have it tuned to DirecTV HD tonight were treated to an excellent HD presentation of The Green Mile.
