I can see why they have a problem with Echostar's 2 dish requirement for locals. Take the St. Louis market for instance, Dish refused to put UPN station WRBU 46 on the 119/110 satellite with the other locals but put it on 61.5 with relgious station. Why when every other Top 30 market has UPN with the other local channels did Dish do this?
Directv seems to have been very good about using 1 satellite location for all locals in a market and continue to add channels to the local package, plus they only charge $3 for them with Total Choice packages.
