Just in case some one just types Jim, "Jim" is Jim DeFranco. He is Charlie's right hand man and co-founder of Echostar. They both sold big satellite dishes door-to-door when they started out!

Nothing like going from a door-to-door salesman to ending up on top of a 27 BILLL-lion dollar deal and being worth more than the GNP of several countries!
