721 audio drops out when using dvr

FFRV etc lead to replay with no audio. muck around backward and forward a bit gets it to return.

this is getting old this last software download is pure @#$$%

FFRV etc lead to replay with no audio. muck around backward and forward a bit gets it to return.If this is the problem I think it is, it started many software "upgrades" ago. I've called them a number of times and am always told that this is a problem that nobody else has ever reported. I'm then told my bug report will be passed to the programming team for resolution and I would be contacted if there were any questions. They've never called me and the problem hangs on from one version to the next. :mad:

Yeah it was around but very rare. Lately its a all the time issue.

Latest software appears to have made it worse. They tell me its not a known trouble.

Obviously it is.

Previously I might see it once a week, but now its every time I use the box.

Yeah, my 721 does this too; always has. I haven't noticed any increase in this since L173, though; it was always pretty easy to make it happen. I guess if you discard bug reports for problems that haven't been reported before, it sure keeps the length of the bug list down! :nono:
