I purchased this unit on closeout at the local Wal-mart to replace my old 3800 that's hooked up to my TIVO. After reading about the 301's sometimes locking up I decided to stay with the Ol' reliable 3800. I hooked this unit up to make sure that the card didn't show any charges.(it was an open box) I didn't go beyond that. I didn't activate this unit. All paperwork and parts are included. $64.00 delivered. my ebay ID is buddhawood
