The Caller ID on my 721 stopped working. It is still enabled and the phone line test passes, so I can't figure out why it quit showing up.

Samehere the caller ID stop working on my pvr 508 today also.

Samehere the caller ID stop working on my pvr 508 today also.Try unplugging the unit in both cases, the 721 and the 508. If that doesn't work lets try removing the sat in cable then replacing it. See if those ideas work. In the case of the 721 is it still saving in the caller id history? Just curious.
