0 second recordings-problem

I have read through all the ota problems on recording local station. Can someone explain why this is happening and can anything can be done?

Thanks for the info and the ccf files for my pronto. Using your files and other I was able to get rid of the remote of the 921!!!!

As for the ota problem is it a software issue from dish?
