How stable is the 322?

Hows the 322 doing? A friend is thinking about E for internationals and this might be a good match.

and a follow up question, its ok to use 2 uhf remotes fir 2 different tvs?

The 322 is working good for me. And yeah, you can use UHF remotes on all your TVs.

Just to clarify you're talking about the 322 and not the 522 right? cause if it's for the 322 it's not a DVR and not in this forum ;)

The 322's that I have installed seem to work almost as well as the single 311's. They do take a bit longer to get up and running and I usually hate having to run all of the cables they require. I have had a bad remote before but don't really see any problems using two #2 UHF remotes for two different TV's in second and third rooms. You could even use the UHF Pro option for the #1 side and use two of them.
