Flash Program or other

I need a flash program. Yeah, I know. I am new here. But I mostly came here to ask this question. Where can I download an easy to use flash program? I do not want anyone to say, "Sothink!" because Sothink is hard to use. I do not know how to use Sothink. If you know how to use sothink, use sound in it, not make it go super fast, you may tell me. But please, if you know any flash programs I can use to make animations, tell me.

Or

If you know any programs I can make animations and use sound and it is not flash, please tell me. I do not care if it is flash or something else, as long as it is a program that is free that I can make animations and I can make the animation talk.

Have you tried a program called Swish? It can be used to create Flash animations, I have both Swish 2.0 and Macromedia Flash MX 2004 Professional, I have found Swish very easy to use, although I like the interface and the integration with Flash and Dreamweaver, I do find it confusing at times. Swish is pretty simple and straight forward. For animated gifs and the like, if you have Adobe Photoshop, it should have came with a smaller program called Adobe Image Ready (I think that's the name, it's been a while). That should also what you want. Good luck!
