DirecTV Locals On 119 Satellite

I was just wondering when they start putting new local channels on the 119 satellite on DirecTV...those are NOT going to be on spot beam, are they? In other words, you could "move" there and be able to receive them on your current setup? Let me know. Thanks.

DirecTV has another spot beam satellite being launch this week, I believe that this satellite is going to the 119 location

It's not a spot beam. The next spot is Directv 7-s third quarter next year. June 1st is rumor start time for next three markets.

The next 3 DMAs that are supposed to be added to D* are Hartford, Las Vegas and Providence.

A post on DBSForums.com says that they are already uplinked and have channel numbers. Check it out. It seems like they are gonna be available to customers BEFORE June 1st.
