Dear Friend of Netscape -
We are looking for a handful of power Internet users to test our new browser prototype.
Just as our first-generation browser unleashed the power of the Internet for the world at large, Netscape continues to make the online experience better than ever by developing new browser functionality and security features. And, while other browsers have seen little improvement over recent years - except frequent patches for security leaks - we have consistently added new features to save you time online.
As a part of our next evolutionary step, we have developed this new Browser Prototype, which could change the way the world masters the web.
We would like your help as we advance and improve this new concept, by agreeing to be one of our Prototype Testers.
If you are interested, simply click on this link. It will take you to the Netscape Browser Prototype Community, where you will be able to formally join our team of testers. When challenged, enter the registration code: prototype1104. (You will need a Netscape.net email address or an AIM account to enter.)
The prototype will be ready for download in a couple of weeks. We will email registered testers when it becomes available in the community.
But act quickly. We can only process input from so many testers, so we are limiting pre-registrations to a set number. Once we reach that threshold, we will deactivate the authorization code.
So if you are serious about helping Netscape to once again jump start the Internet, and can devote a few hours banging away at this Prototype, come join us now!
Sincerely,
The Product Management Team
