I am currently an owner of 3 dishnetwork receivers. One 510, One 811 and a 4000. I am getting another HDTV to replace the analog tv that the 4000 is hooked up to. If I want to add an 811 without a comittment, what would be the monthly fees associated with leasing? Would there be an additional receiver access fee in addition to a leasing fee?

You can't get an 811 without a commitment, you have to agree to 1 yr. of the HDTV package. In your case this may just mean 1 yr. from the date you activate the leased 811, call DISH to get their determination.

Can you lease a 921? I would like to have one myself but because of future questions regarding its usefulness I would prefer to lease.

Thanks,

Sure - you can lease one from me. $100/month with a 1-year commitment.

Um I'm not sure where you guys are getting your information. But there is a promotion available as long as he qualifies (yes it's for existing customers) where he can lease an 811. He does not have to commit to the HD package for any length of time however as long as he leases the 811 receiver he will need to maintain that package or return the receiver.
