I posted a little over a month ago about losing 30 hours of recorded programming on my 510.

After calling tech support and complaining, I sucked it up and went on with life and a nice empty hard drive. However a week after losing everything, my estimated recording time left was 64 hours. I had only recorded about 5 or 6 shows in that time, so I knew that couldn't be right. For the past month, I've been hoping it would correct itself, but after some time and several hard resets I'm realizing that it's not.
Is that a sign of hard drive damage? If so, do you think I've got a pretty good chance of getting a replacement authorized from tech support? I'd like my full stated recording time. More than that, though, I really don't want to have a bunch of programs wiped out again.
Thanks for any replies.
