Yes. Prior to this, only these models were capable of having version 4.0X on them:

Hughes HDVR2
Phillips DSR7000
RCA DVR39

Now, all S2 DTIVO's can have it. If you haven't experienced the HMO option, you're missing a world of wonder there.

I hear some DTiVos will be getting v6 that has some features of v4 (esp groups/folders).

Folders would be nice, but what I'd really love is multi-room viewing between my SD Tivo and HD Tivo of the SD programs.
