The launch for DirecTV 5, a satellite that will support the DBS service, was aborted Monday. No official news was available at press time as to when the flight will take place, but wire services said lift-off could be attempted today. DirecTV 5 is launching aboard a Proton rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
