How to: 811 ganged to DVR 7200

Samsung DLP; 811; 7200; 2 Dish 500 dishes (1 Dishpro); 3 RG6 to DP34 switch.
Can I gang the receivers so that I can use the DVR features of the 7200 when watching SD, and HDTV through the 811? I'm not ready to spend $ for the 921.

Current connections?
DP34 to 811; RGB Componant to TV; RCA Audio to TV; Opt to AV receiver. (Note AV not always used.)

DP34 to adapter to 7200: not sure from here...

Your HDTV likely has other inputs (RCA &/or S-video). You would leave your 811 connected as is and connect your 7200 to one of the SD inputs of your TV.
