Mark:

(1) Re-booted a couple of times and I still have no keypad to change the OTA designation once I readded them. For example I wanted to change WCYB-TV to NBC but once I hit Edit Name there is no keypad. There is a keypad when I went to name the Favorites list. Called advanced tech and he said he saw no notes on this bug. I have tried plugging and unplugging and factory reset and it still does not appear.

(2) I am in Tri-Cities TN that has locals even though I dont subscribe. After two days I still have no guide data. NO INFORMATION is all I get.

Seadoo - dumb question - after selecting "Edit Name", have you tried putting your cursor on the call letters of the station, then pressing the "Select/OK" button?

That's how I bring up the k/b on mine. The k/b doesn't appear until I cursor over to the screen with the call letters, then press "Select". Your post doesn't indicate you've tried that.

Not so dumb a question. Cant remember I did that. Am at work now. Will try tonight and see if that is the trick. Thanks

Skates: My answer is even dumber. I did what you said and it works. Thanks for the advice

AWESOME! I love it when someone actually gets an easy fix for something. And why do you feel dumb? I didn't tell you how I long I spent fooling around with that screen until I figured it out... :D

Now, if you can tell me why my DVR terminates a recording when I erase a previously-viewed recording, we can BOTH go home happy...

By the way, if you ever forget the process, the 'Help' button on that screen tells you how to do it.

(Would make much more sense just to have a 'Keyboard' button like on the search screen)

Dang, I thought for sure that 2.11 was going to read the user's mind when using the menu. :D
