DirecTV's 2 for 1 promotional

D* has been offering people HBO & MAX for the price of one for three months. Just got my bill and was charged full price for HBO & MAX. There was a line about "promotional", but that was = to zero. Spoke to CSR and they are going to credit the account, but told me this has been happening all day and they dont know why the promotional credit isn't kicking in. :confused: :confused:

Anyway, just a heads up to make sure you check your bill if you have this promotion. I'm sure many people don't and just pay what they are told.

Yeah when I got Directv back in September, they had a promotion where I would get Showtime and the Starz packs for $2 well they kept charging me full price for Starz which is $12 so they did this for 2 months even though I kept calling they did nothing so I finally had Starz disconnected.

Generally for a promotion like this you'll be charged full price and there will be a credit applied every month for the duration of the promotion.

currect...but the credit is usually on the bill as well as the full price.

it doesn't require u to call in and ask for the credit.
