I didn't think much of this earlier today, but when I just checked the signal it is still going on.

On my 3700 all TPs on 119 (except 3,5,7,9 which I don't get of course) are acting weird. The signal strength shows up but the bar stays red on every TP and "Wrong-Sat Unknown" is where "119w Locked" used to be. Also every TP instead of saying Transponder is now saying Spotbeam. Could it be that someone at E* messed up the data comming from the TPs?

Bryan, when Dish was moving everything to E7, I had that often on my 4000. I haven't had that problem this week with the spotbeam activation though.

I will have t check this out. I ddi not know the 3700 even mentioned spot beans. My signal strengths were pretty steady before today.

My 3200 shows a signal on Tp 3. The indication is not locked and the level shifts between 73 and 110. No other receivers I have see the signal.

Well, it seems to have fixed itself and is normal.

John, The same is happening on my TP12 it will be at 96 then it shifts upto 120 for a little bit then goes back down. Weird!!!

bryan27, same here. But now all is well. TP 5 and 7 on my 3700 show up as spotbeam.

DDRio, TP12 didn't always do that here. It only started doing that on my 3700 after E-7.
