Last night, I was looking at my on-screen program guide on D* and noticed "TA66" on the guide. D* has finally added WXPX, the local Pax affiliate from St. Petersburg. They must have gotten a good feed to put it on the dish.
Now they have the same local channels as E*. In fact, D* has one more. They have "TA21", which is the Azteca America affiliate out of Orlando. The strange thing is they have never had a schedule for this channel in the program guide. The guide for this channel just says continually "to be announced". Weird!!
Maybe them adding WXPX is part of the significantly viewed law signed by George W. If that's the case, I hope they add WWSB, the local ABC affiliate out of Sarasota. I have, however, heard that DBS cannot have two network affiliates on a local package of the same network. Some on DBS Forums have said that WWSB will not be on satellite unless they drop their ABC affiliation.
