View Full Version : Fss 121 And Legacy 119
Is it possible that I can use a fss ku band lnb pointed to 121 and legacy dss lnb pointed to 119 use a sw21 will I be able to get both satellites to work? I need to make sure all transponders work not just the odds on 121.

No, all of the lnbf and switch configurations must either be DishPro or Legacy. The FSS lnbf's are DishPro.

I think he meant a non-Dish FSS LNB.
If so, then if it has a voltage-switched output, it should work.
P.S. Welcome aboard, avex!

Yes - it works (that's what I am using). You want the dish for 121 to be 30" or more - otherwise you might not get a good signal...
Run 119 into Input 1 on the SW21 and 121 into input 2.
For KU FSS LNB: It must be a 'standard' LNB with a Lo of 10.750 (e.g. ASC321S or Pansat LT5500). Universal LNBs (that have two Lo's with 22KHz tone switching or Diseq) do NOT work with E*.
