UPDATE
Sale of the 3900 is pending.
I have a coworker who may have a 4900 available.
I mentioned these items to him and he said he's had one sitting in a box for while. In his words "for years". He's going to bring it to me and I'll sell it for him here if it works and has no balance. He said he would want around $75 for it...

Is the remaining 301 a 301-10 or 13?

I'm sorry but I shouldn't do that.
I haven't even gotten it yet.
And may not until the end of the week or even next week.
I don't want to promise anything until I have it in my possession, know exactly what he wants for it, and know it powers up okay.
Once I have it in hand, I'll post an update here :)
Is the remaining 301 a 301-10 or 13?
I'm not sure. It just says "ModelDP301" on the back.
It looks like the one on their web site.
When I power it up, it just says it's a 301 on the system info screen.
Price for the 301 is now $50...

DJ Rob just so you know on the back of the 301 there is a white sticker usually towards the sat input that has the reciver ID number but up where it says model it will say Model 301 Reg 005 or 010 or 013 which would make it either a 301-05 301-10 or a 301-13

don't forget the 301-15
It is a Reg 013.
Why would you want one kind over another?
Don't they all work the same?
Or is there a big difference between the "Reg" in performance?

the hackers prefer the 010 version like they prefer the blue access card.
there is no difference in the regular performance between the 010 and the 013 versions of the 301 receiver

dssturbo that is where you are wrong... if you search the forums here you will see many issues with the 301.10s. 301.13s seem to have less bugs but yes hackers do seem to prefer the 301.10 or the 301.5
The last 301 is now sold...thanks!
I got the 4900 tonight.
This thing looks brand new.
I hooked it up, let it update to the latest firmware and it works fine.
It's still getting the channels he had subbed to.
It comes with a UHF remote (which is a very worn) and the UHF antenna.
I don't know if there is a balance owned. I will check tomorrow on that.
The system info shows no pending purchases.
I'll try to answer the questions I've been asked so far about it here...
1) It DOES have open TV and a UHF remote (can work through walls from other rooms).
2) The system info screen:
Model ID 4900
Receiver CA ID R002760XXXX-XX
Smart Card ID S000019XXXX-XX
DISH500 Card Ready DNASP002 Rev054
Software Version P217CCJD-N
Boot Strap Version 14ABCCJD
I Xed out the last 6 digits of the receiver number and smart card number.
My buddy wants $100 plus shipping for it.
Shipping/Insurance will be actual cost from 80003.
Email me if you are interested.
