Nope the was a problem the new version of PHP did not like my PHP Optimizer software so Apache wouldn't start up. :)

BTW for the uninitiated that may not know a previous post is a joke: Dish is not in control of any of the three main satellite forums. They cannot shut any of them down for negative comments.
