Buffalo NY locals in Florida

My Parents live most of the year near Buffalo and have the locals, but when they arrived in Florida, they could not recieve the signal. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

Buffalo locals are probably on a spot beam. If that's the case, they would not be viewable outside the spot beam area, and so they would not be able to get them.

WNED PBS 17 and WNLO UPN 23 are on the 61.5 slot so you can get them down in Florida, but for the main locals, as Sparkman said, they're on the spotbeam satellites and there is no way to get them.
